A diverse porfolio of synthesis resins such as Wang, HMP, 2-Chlorotrityl, Rink Amide, Tentagel, MAPS resins are offered to suit different synthesis schemes covering easy to difficult peptides including labeling and conjugations.

Our reagents for synthesis range from coupling reagents, additives, kits for checking coupling efficiency, protecting groups, building blocks and chelators like DOTA all useful for optimizing different synthesis protocols.

Resin linkers for peptide synthesis
Resins fall into one of three different categories: acid, amide or other.
Among the C-terminal acid linkers, Wang resin is a popular choice with the first amino acid typically coupled to it.
To eliminate risk of racemization from use of Wang resins, scientists opt for another acid resin, Chlorotrityl resin.
This resin allows cleavage of peptides under milder conditions.
For synthesizing peptide amides, Rink amide resin is the most common.
Several other resins for specialized synthesis schemes are available and the choice of resins should be attributed towards respective end-point applications.
Coupling & protecting reagents
Reagents for peptide coupling enable the formation of amide bonds linking amino acids into peptide chains.
They can also be used to link Fmoc/Boc amino acids to peptide synthesis resins, connect linkers to resins, or to form ester bonds in depsipeptides.
Peptide coupling reagents that react with protected amino acids can form activated intermediates which in turn can induce partial racemization of the amino acid.
To minimize resultant impurities and reduced yields of the desired peptide product, peptide coupling additives are used with the coupling reagents.
